Shinnecock Fishing Report 4-28-24

Most reports are coming from our local ocean beaches both east and west of the Shinnecock inlet. Striped bass are being taken on the night tides and taking swimming plugs. Slot sized fish are in the mix but nothing big. Hearing reports of the yellow eyed bluefish demons are to our west a bit and should probably be here within a few days. We are stocked and ready for the opening of both porgy and fluke seasons this week so be sure to stop in before your next trip.
