SHINNECOCK FISHING REPORT 4-16-23

The striped bass reports are beginning to come in. Some are holdovers but some migrating fish have made it to our areas. Some up to 30". Soft plastics or bucktails will do the job. Some hush hush of some weakfish in our area as well. Soft plastics in white or pink should work in this situation too. If you do get a chance to get out, try fishing a late day outgoing tide after a bit of sun has been on it in most any back bay area. Not much else to report. If you need some work done on any of your gear be sure to get it in soon while the turnaround time is short. Our shop is open seven days a week and is full of all the goodies you need.
